Peter Paul has established facilities that consolidate its strength as an integrated coconut processing plant. Peter Paul employs a total of 1,500 employees to process more than four hundred fifty (450) tons of raw coconut daily. Whole coconuts are purchased, at higher prices than copra, in order to ensure quality end products for consumers. In Bicol, Quezon, and Laguna provinces, these substantial purchases benefit at least 4,000 coconut farmers. All regular employees and their dependents are given free Hospitalization and medical assistance.

Peter Paul Quality Laboratory ensures that all the physio-chemical and microbiological testing is completed for each production batch before it is delivered or picked up by local buyers and loaded for export buyers.
Customers who wish to buy pure virgin coconut oil (VCO) can rest assured that a PCA laboratory analysis of Peter Paul’s end product virgin coconut oil contained less than 0.1% moisture, ensuring that the product remains fresh and colourless for the recommended shelf life of two years. There is no peroxide in our products, and microbial analysis repeatedly shows no Salmonella or e-coli present in the samples. All aerobic/total plate counts, coliform count and mould/yeast counts are within standards.
In a test done by the Philippine Institute of Pure and Applied Chemistry (PIPAC) using gas chromatography, Peter Paul VCO shows the highest Lauric Acid content in the Virgin Coconut Oil industry (56.4%). Comparable in many ways to mothers’ breast milk, Lauric Acid helps the body’s immune system by acting as an anti-viral, anti-bacterial, and anti-fungal.
In studies done by Dr. Conrado Dayrit, Lauric Acid has been shown to help people recover from serious cases of AIDS, HIV, SARS and even severe cancer cases. In addition, it reduces risk of atherosclerosis and related diseases like coronary, cerebrovascular and other degenerative conditions – in short, it can provide a strong boost in heart disease prevention.
